Job Description
The Sales Account Manager is a revenue-generating position with responsibility for quarterly sales quota attainment for a medical grade skincare product and for managing and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities using primarily phone communication.
The Sales Account Manager represents the skincare brand collection to targeted MedSpa and aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. Responsible for product and program education, product adoption, and portfolio growth through business development activities.
Must haves:
Drive adoption of the skin care brand to collection across the MedSpa community. Synergistically work and coordinate sales activities to achieve quarterly sales quota. Complies with required reporting, requests, and company policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently achieves sales quota across the portfolio. Independently creates call and business development plans across the product portfolio.
- Manage sales processes focused on business growth and relationship building.
- Manages attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through consistent communication with the internal leadership and operations team.
- Manages own sample allocation, placing orders, providing marketing materials, and assisting accounts with customer relations. Also leads execution on all campaigns/promotions, new product launches, training of accounts on Carmell programs and other sales-related initiatives.
- Educates the customer regarding the science, technology, usage, and safety of the products, and how they fulfill the needs of the customer.
- Maintains efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and the highest level of customer engagement.
- Maintains updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Maintains compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and represents the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.
The role offers base salary, plus commission. OTE minimum 175k
