Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong commitment to assisting customers and coworkers
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, addressing customer questions, account updates, and general inquiries
- Deliver a high-quality experience to every customer, every time
- Manage account activations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate contracts and timely updates
- Process customer portal requests and coordinate communication between customers, sales, and operations
- Support pricing and contract adjustments by maintaining accurate documentation and applying rate changes appropriately
- Assist with invoice reconciliation to ensure billing accuracy based on receipts and contractual terms
- Prepare and maintain credit hold reports for various customer types, ensuring clear communication with sales and management teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions aligned with company procedures
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
