Syspro ERP Techno-Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to the Syspro ERP system.
- Develop and implement technical solutions within the Syspro ERP platform, including customizations, configurations, and integrations, as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-user requests, troubleshooting, and executing specific solutions to meet operational needs.
- Provide functional expertise on Syspro modules and processes to support business goals.
- Perform system testing, including validating changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Syspro ERP system.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Syspro ERP systems (technical and functional aspects).
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on development experience, including customizations and integrations within Syspro.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
