The Field Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing territory sales plans, and engaging key partners to drive growth and awareness. This role involves direct outreach, attending live events, and working closely with internal teams to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales targets.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key organizations and businesses.
- Conduct in-person meetings, training sessions, and onboarding with partners.
- Work closely with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and event participation .
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system .
- Represent the company at live events and community engagements to promote services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that support market growth.
- Travel frequently within the territory (up to 75%) for meetings and events.
