Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Order Management (OM) and Manufacturing (MFG) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional background, be adept at analyzing business requirements, and capable of implementing Oracle EBS solutions to optimize our supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules, specifically OM and MFG.
- Configure and implement Oracle EBS solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration between OM and MFG modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Configure Oracle EBS modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS MFG & OM modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OM and MFG modules.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and create user documentation.
- Participate in project planning and execution for Oracle EBS MFG initiatives.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant specifically MFG module.
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules: OM and MFG.
- Proven ability to configure and implement Oracle EBS solutions.
- Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
