Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce across business lines, defining and driving product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead the delivery of Salesforce enhancements, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with financial systems.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, QA, and Architects to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Monitor KPIs, adoption rates, and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and best practices, advising the business on opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Salesforce Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong experience within the financial services industry (e.g., banking, wealth management, investment management, or insurance).
- Proven track record of delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities (e.g., Flows, Lightning Components, Process Builder).
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.) and data management strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salary : $160,000 - $215,000
