About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator , you will be fully dedicated to a single client, providing operational and administrative support for all talent acquisition efforts. Youll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience. This role operates in a hybrid model, with part of your time spent onsite at the clients location and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across multiple roles and departments.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, if required, and process reimbursements.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
