Position // Senior Delivery Consultant
As a member of MSH’s Talent Solutions group, the Delivery Consultant will work to support Direct Hire and Packaged Talent Solutions for some of our largest and highest-priority partnerships. the SDC is responsible for the Intelligence through Internal Submission phase of the MSH Selection Process Management methodology and will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying the best talent. The SDC will thoughtfully align candidates to the customer’s business objectives through holistically qualifying both their experience and personality match to the client’s culture and talent needs. As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you are responsible for providing a positive candidate experience through building and maintaining trusting relationships and upholding the MSH brand.
Responsibilities //
- Participate in the full-life cycle recruitment management including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, engagement, selection, offer development/negotiation presentation and on-boarding of candidates.
- Utilize the Selection Process Management approach to ensure that a pool of qualified candidates is generated until the search is completed and a candidate is hired.
- Utilize the appropriate best practices while leveraging various tools to build out centralized sourcing strategies including social media, job boards and professional networks.
- Work closely with a Client Relationships Manager and Client Services Manager to fully understand the needs and expectations of the specific customer/account.
- Work closely with VP to determine workload capacity and fulfill commitments.
- Ensure and execute the building of customized sourcing strategies per individual search to support candidate generation and be connected with the talent pool.
- Evaluate competencies, background, technical skills, leadership style and culture fit of each individual as they relate to the search.
- Ensure candidates meet technical and cultural fit for the role.
- Work with MSH India Intelligence Team to optimize market research and candidate sourcing.
- Professionally and effectively handle candidate concerns and objections.
- Participate in all continuous training initiatives.
Requirements //
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience required.
- Strong relationship building and management skills.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn.
- Upholds integrity, respect and character.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
