We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Technology and Managed Services to lead our dynamic technology division and drive strategic initiatives that align with our organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, possess strong leadership skills, deep expertise in selling offshore services, and a proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders. The VP will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all sales activities pertaining to managed services, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the business meets revenue targets and expands its footprint in the global market. This position will start out as an individual contributor and grow the team.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to create solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the offshore services and managed services market.
- Drive thought leadership in the offshore services and managed services space by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales progress.
- Manage the delivery of high-quality managed services to clients while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform service development and positioning.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and leverage technology opportunities that drive business growth.
- Oversee the maintenance of technology infrastructure and services, ensuring robust security and compliance protocols are enforced.
- Oversee proposal development, negotiate contracts, and close large-scale deals with key clients.
- Serve as a key representative of the company in meetings with executive-level clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on offshore services, managed services, or related technology-driven industries.
- Expertise in the offshore services market, with experience in selling outsourcing solutions, IT services, or related offerings.
- Proven success in leading sales teams, developing strategies, and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
