About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Work directly alongside the CEO to lead the organization and manage special projects.
- Prioritize and manage the CEO's correspondence, calendar, travel, and business events.
- Be responsible for creating and managing the C-suite brand and experience for our employees, suppliers, customers, and investors. This position is critical to the company's success.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, coordinating the CEO's activities, projects, and commitments to employees, suppliers, customers, and investors.
- Partner with the CEO to coordinate Board of Directors' events and meetings.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including board members, senior executives, staff, front-line leaders, suppliers, and partners.
- Act as a liaison and provide support to external VIPs as designated by the CEO.
Preferred Work Experience and Attributes:
We are looking for someone with:
- Recent experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, growth-minded companies.
- Relevant experience in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.
- Board management experience (highly preferred).
- 7 years of experience, with a bachelor's degree in communications or business administration preferred, or equivalent validated experience.
- A passion for working within a cross-functional team environment with a diverse employee base.
- Multilingual abilities (English, Spanish, and European-based languages preferred).
- A satisfaction in seeing your plans come together and surprising yourself with how well you did.
Travel and Mobility:
- Flexibility to travel within the U.S. and internationally as required to assist the CEO and build relationships throughout the organization.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
