Preferred Work Experience and Attributes:
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5-10 years of recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong experience with Paylocity is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional computer proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels and collaborate within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding advanced English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Experience in the Maritime or Power Generation industries is highly preferred, though not required.
