About The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Receive and process incoming deliveries.
- Box and ship outgoing packages.
- Pull, put away, and distribute parts for various departments.
- Operate forklifts for unloading/loading trucks.
- Support the Service Department with parts and remanufactured components.
- Perform general building maintenance, including cleaning warehouse spaces.
- Maintain truck maintenance and ensure company vehicles are in proper working order.
- Ensure the functionality of warehouse equipment, including foam machines.
- Administer shipping and receiving in Trax system.
- Issue Return Goods Authorization (RGA) numbers and prepare job cards/folders for service work.
- Schedule and track outside repairs, including electrical repairs sent to factories.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong logical and deductive reasoning skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2–5 years of related warehouse or shipping experience.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (team lift required for anything over 35 lbs).
- Warehouse environment may be hot or cold, depending on the season.
- May require weekend and night call-outs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in kneeling, stooping, and cramped positions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
