Job Title: Business Development Manager
Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000, based on experiences, plus incentive package (commission/bonus)
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
What you will DO:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and execution plans
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to establish a strong market presence.
- Drive business development initiatives and explore new channels for business expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to adapt strategies and ensure sustained growth.
- Building New Relationships: Exhibition cold call, and follow up on incoming leads from website, and work closely with senior Sales to identify and establish new accounts.
- Identifying Decision Makers: Find key contact points within target customers and understand how their products can benefit from our solutions.
- Proactive Communication: Regularly engage with prospects and existing clients via phone and email to share product updates, industry trends, and support future sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with Senior Sales: Transition larger leads and prospects to senior Sales for follow-up.
- Tracking Progress: Keep stat force systems up to date with sales activities and prospecting details.
What you will NEED:
- A strong desire to build a career in technology sales with a commitment to achieving goals.
- High energy and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and stay on task.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic web tools.
- A 4-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3-5 years, or 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong preference for experience in the embedded computing industry.
- Proximity to MSI US office, City of industry, CA location as this is an in-office role.
- Proven experience in project development, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes
- Willingness to travel.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
