Purchasing Specialist

• Analyze and manage parts inventory levels by using Company’s system, spreadsheets, etc.
• Procure parts sample from vendors for AVL verfication, and then procure MSI parts code from HQ.
• Locate proper parts resource, negotiate price / terms, manage lead time / SN procurement and partial shipments follow up.
• Allocate parts across warehouse locations / System integrator ( if apply ) for production.
• Support parts demand forecasting per production schedule.
• Follow through production lead time to ensure timely delivery of assembly parts.
• Support pickup arrangement between parts vendors and delivery truck companies, if apply.
• Parts RTV or RMA management with internal departments and external assembly parties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 – 2 years computer parts forecasting and purchasing experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a must.
• Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs.
• Strong attention to detail with great organization skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
