What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at MSi Corp?
Summary : Act as a junior sales representative by proactively reaching out to contractors, builders, and developers to promote our products and services. You will make calls, develop relationships, and encourage them to visit the branch for consultations and to view our product offerings. Your efforts will support the growth of new accounts and strengthen our presence in the local market. The primary role is hunt and bring in new market share.
Work Hours : Monday to Friday from 08 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM, 1 Saturday a month from 09 : 00 AM to 12 : 30 PM

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding showroom experience, engaging customers, providing inspirational design, and assisting with general inquiries via emails, phone and in person.
- Qualify all walk-in customers to understand the full scope of project and present MSI materials for entire project needs.
- Obtain new contractors / clients to MSI
- Maintain relationships with clients by following up and proving exceptional customer service
- Proactively follow up with trade customers to seek opportunities and follow-up with outstanding quotes to ensure sales are converted through exceptional customer service.
- Learn and understand all MSI products within the showroom.
- Ensure showroom and displays are maintained to the highest standards, products are updated, and all marketing materials are refilled for easy customer access.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
