Summary : This role requires deep expertise in NetSuite’s data structure, APIs, and integrations to help design, develop, and maintain custom solutions that enhance our business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and functional SMEs to understand business needs and translate them into efficient NetSuite solutions.Work Hours : Monday to Friday from 08 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM, 2 Saturday a month from 09 : 00 AM to 02 : 00 PMSeniority Level : Mid-Senior LevelEmployment Type : Full-time Compensation : This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $50 to $70 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $110,000 and $160,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities : Analyze NetSuite’s data structure and optimize data flows across modules and external systems.Design and manage NetSuite integrations with third-party and custom applications using RESTlets, SOAP, SuiteTalk, and other integration methods.Develop integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using ETL tools, iPaaS platforms, and APIs.Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and integration points.Develop and implement NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high performance, reliability, and data integrity across systems.Provide technical support and guidance on NetSuite best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, and IT) to ensure seamless system functionality. Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements : 3 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.Deep understanding of NetSuite’s data model, saved searches, workflows, and custom records.Experience with SQL and database management related to NetSuite.Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party and custom applications using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other APIs.Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Familiarity with middleware solutions such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato is a plus.NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or SuiteCommerce Developer).Experience with ERP implementation projects and business process automation.Background in finance, accounting, or supply chain operations is a plus.
