Bilingual Marketing Assistant

MSI Credit Solutions is seeking a bilingual Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns, conducts market research, and assists in other various projects. Their responsibilities include undertaking daily administrative tasks and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy. The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department initiatives and campaigns, making them an integral part of the marketing team.

Marketing Assistant responsibilities are:

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department goals

• Assist in the organization and facilitation of campaigns, traditional or digital, and facilitate their success.

• Data Analysis and Reporting on current and future campaigns

• Generate marketing literature in an effort to augment presence of the company in the market

• Implementing Marketing strategies, staying up to date with social media trends
  

• Support marketing team in project organization

• Create and post content on our website and social media platforms. Creating images, videos, and marketing collateral.

• Moderating our Social Media post
  

• Utilize a variety of marketing analytics techniques in order to glean relevant data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

• Conducting monthly marketing training classes

• Managing and designing business cards, employee signatures

• Communicate with clients in a direct fashion in order to facilitate trusting and long lasting relationships

• Follow up on leads, handle email inquiries, phone calls, checking voicemails

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations at MSI events
  

• Relay mitigating and escalating issues as needed to management
  

• Keep record of customer interactions within our C.R.M

Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

• 2 Years in a previous position as a Marketing Assistant or Social Media Assistant

• Bilingual in Spanish is a Must

• Working understanding of principles in marketing

• Ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines, as demonstrated in the workplace

• Reliable, results driven, team player and strong work ethic is a must.

• Fabulous organizational skills, communication skills, and people skills, with a customer oriented approach.

• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Marketing computer software, Online analytics, Premiere Pro, Canva , WordPress, Lightroom)

• High School diploma; Bachelors in Marketing, Business or other relevant field is considered a substantial advantage
• Onsite Work Schedule is 9 am- 6 pm Monday-Thursday & 9 am- 5 pm Friday
