Qualifications:
- At least two year in a clerical role, filing, or in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong computer and typing skills (35 WPM)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Be positive and have a driven attitude
- Experience with CRM systems and best practices
Responsibilities
- Retrieving monthly credit reports, ensuring credit reports are up to date and ready for processing
- Maintaining the accuracy of the files and documents.
- Processing inbound and outgoing mail
- Responding to requests from colleagues or external parties to locate and retrieve specific documents or files
- Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and documents. Ensuring documents are in the correct format
- Verifying paperwork & files. Making the necessary corrections as needed.
- Creates new files and provide the needed information on a clients file
- Performing periodic audits to ensure that files are up-to-date and complete
- Ensuring the integrity of records by making sure they are up to date, accurate, and free from mistakes/errors.
- Data entry, and Records tracking
- Looks for ways to improve filing systems
