Contractor Sought* MSI Health Solutions is looking for a dependable and professional independent contractor courier with the following:

* Routed Deliveries - Varying routes that have more of a set schedule to them.

** NOTE: routes may change unexpectedly based on customer needs

* STAT/On-Demand - Last-minute pickups and orders dispatched from a route manager or customer

* Backup/Standby - Fill in for route voids

* Services Sought for this contract, drivers will transport Home Medical Equipment to patient homes.

* Coverage Sought Reliable independent contractors to cover operations:

** Contractors with 5 or more days of availability will be given preference to contract

** Routes - must be available for the 8.5 hours to complete

* Driver is responsible for vehicle, gas and insurance

* Enter daily miles and hours into 3rd Party App - Bamboo

* Paid weekly through our 3rd Party administrator Open Force

* Requirements for Contract

* Be at least 21 years of age

* Attentive to detail

* Be able to consistently lift up to 75 lbs

* Live within 25 miles of Cherry, Hill 

* Own a reliable and registered Cargo Van or Sprinter that would be used for this contract

* Have and maintain $300,000 for bodily injury and property damage as primary commercial auto insurance

* At your choice: maintain your own workers' compensation insurance or participate in the Occupational Accident Insurance Program

* Be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and online training modules

* Have a clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years. A motor vehicle report will be run daily to verify your driving eligibility.

* Willing to drive in inclement weather to service our customers

* Adherence to customer-required professional appearance standards:

   * Solid-color MSI polo will be provided

   * Solid-colored pants (no athletic wear or sweatpants)

   * Comfortable shoes/boots (no flip-flops, high heels, sandals, etc.)

   * Driver badge (supplied by MSI Health Solutions) prominently displayed

* Contractor Pay*

* Our 1099 contracts are offered to interested and qualifying contractors on a first-come, first-served basis. The process to contract with MSI Health Solutions takes approximately 2-5 days from start to finish. Because of the high volume of interest we receive for our contracts, we have a strict policy to select contractors out of the process once they have become inactive during the pre-contracting phase.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week, every Friday

***Fees

$10 weekly - MSI Professional Fee (Uniform, ID, Background, MVR Reports, ETC.)

$30 weekly - Open Force (Workers Comp, Liability Insurance, Discounts at Major Stores & Gas Stations, can opt in for Medical Insurance)

$ Optional - While Under Dispatch (WUD) Cheaper alternative to commercial insurance, will protect you while working only must still carry personal auto insurance) Estimated 2-3% of your total gross per week)
