JOB SUMMARY
Our Service Technicians positively impact the lives of patients every day by delivering medical equipment to them in their home. Service Technicians provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond to communicate product information, provide solutions and ensure understanding of relevant details so that patients feel comfortable operating their equipment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Durable Medical Equipment to a variety of facilities and to patient homes
- Install new equipment or service on existing equipment
- Train patients how to use the medical equipment
- Complete required paperwork and obtain required signatures from patients
Qualifications
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Punctual, Organizational Skills, Customer Service oriented
- Physically be able to consistently lift to 75 lbs.
- Live within 25 miles of worksite preferred
- Must own a reliable and registered Full-size Cargo or Sprinter Van
- Maintain minimum state commercial insurance for the duration of your employment
- Must possess an active, valid Driver’s License Endorsement at all times
- Meet job-related requirements to comply with D.O.T., F.D.A. and The Compliance Team regulations
- Must have a clean background, OIG, and MVR
Job Requirements:
- Current and valid driver's license
- No CDL license is required
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location
- Drug screening may be required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- The ability to work well under pressure in new environments
