MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Order Process Coordinator at our Burnsville office. This is a vital position that gets to work with and communicates to all departments within the company. This position is responsible for the front-end processing of sales orders and helping to facilitate getting the proper equipment delivered to the right place at the right time. To accomplish this, this position requires setting up equipment sales orders in our software system (E-automate), effectively communicating order status to sales representative, answering sales representative questions, and also communicating with our warehouse, accounting, and service department staff. This position will also be expected to learn and backup both the Scheduling Coordinator position and the Order Edit position as well as help maintain accuracy in our equipment product book.
Working Conditions: Hybrid, Monday’s and Friday’s work from home and Tuesday through Thursday will be in office.
What You Will Do:
- Setup equipment orders in the system.
- Answer phone calls and emails effectively and in a timely manner.
- Communicate status of sales orders and other necessary information to all necessary parties.
- Manage the Backorder/SAS/Rmap list daily.
- Complete training on and assist with the "order edit" position when that position needs extra help.
- Become a viable backup to the "Scheduling Coordinator" position and assist if necessary.
- Assist in the management of our equipment product book.
- Complete team projects.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge and use of excellent customer service skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multi task with minimal errors and be flexible with daily assignments.
- Ability to use both verbal and written communication.
- Must possess a positive "Can do" attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment with many different personality types.
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work under the pressure of daily deadlines.
- Must be Detail oriented.
