About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team on a locums basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing high-quality anesthesia care for adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia services for various cases, including spinal block, peripheral nerve block, obstetrical, complex, and limited trauma procedures
- Expertly manage arterial line placement, post-operative extremity blocks, general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, Ortho, Urology, Endoscopy, and bread-and-butter cases
- Maintain neuraxial and regional skills with a preference for ultrasound-guided techniques
Work Environment
This is an inpatient/outpatient opportunity with a mix of Monday-to-Friday shifts (5x8's) and on-call responsibilities. A minimum of 1-2 weeks per month is required.
Credentials and Requirements
- Board Certification as an Anesthesiologist
- Meditech EMR experience
- Paper-based OR system
