- Create and maintain measurement programs using PC-DMIS and Polyworks software
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their specific measurement needs
- Conduct dimensional inspections on CMM and Vision machines to verify the accuracy and reliability of measurements
- Debug and optimize existing measurement programs for improved performance
- Ensure all measurement processes comply with industry standards and specifications
- Provide support for internal calibration projects and collaborate with engineering teams
- Assist in quoting and managing measurement projects
- Travel up to 20%
- 2 years of experience in CMM programming using PC-DMIS
- 2 years of experience using Vision machines
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn new technologies independently
- Problem-solving skills with the capacity to tackle complex challenges
- Ability to generate clear and concise technical reports
- Negotiation skills for addressing customer-related issues
- Experience with Optical/Vision/Multi-sensor systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Cameo, Polyworks, or CMM Manager software is beneficial
- Familiarity with Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- A machining background is advantageous
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
