We’re excited to expand our team and are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join us. This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management while contributing to MSI’s growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities – Seek and pursue potential business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Market Research – Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively identify potential clients to expand MSI’s reach.
  • Lead Generation – Assist in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to develop new business partnerships.
  • Client Engagement – Represent MSI in meetings, pitches, and presentations to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Build Relationships – Establish and nurture long-term client and partner relationships to ensure continued success.
  • Collaborate with Marketing – Work alongside the marketing team to design and execute engaging promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze Performance – Monitor sales activities and provide insights to refine business development strategies.
  • Develop Sales Proposals – Craft compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
  • Networking – Attend industry events to increase MSI’s visibility and expand our client base.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Passion for Sales & Marketing – A keen interest in business development, event marketing, and client relations.
  • Outstanding Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivation – Proactive, goal-driven, and determined to succeed in a competitive industry.
  • Team-Oriented – Able to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, creative team.
  • Relevant Experience – Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
