We are searching for a passionate event marketing assistant to work with our events team and customer care team to plan and execute events from start to finish.
As an event assistant, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other event colleagues, sales professionals, and customer service personnel to promote and increase brand awareness for our clients.

As an event assistant, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other event colleagues, sales professionals, and customer service personnel to promote and increase brand awareness for our clients.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Achieve personal and event team sales goals
- To provide customers the greatest value possible, provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
- Developing long-term customer connections and trust via transparent and participatory communication
- Work with management to determine their needs and achieve client satisfaction
- Manage the event's general aesthetic, layout, and design
- Work with marketing and public relations to promote and attract new consumers to the event
- Experience with customer service or events is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt/respond to various sorts of characters
- Ability to multitask and prioritize yourduties
- A high school diploma is required
