Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to specific tasks within your team and independently when needed
- Act as the internal liaison between the customer and client
- Assist in meeting fundraising targets
- Attend meetings and workshops to continuously improve your skills
- Strive to enhance cost-effectiveness and customer service
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are addressed efficiently
- Produce detailed and accurate reports of donations
- Provide weekly reports (or sooner if needed) to the Managing Director on progress
- Develop exceptional customer service skills in line with company standards
- A desire to pursue a career in marketing, sales, or customer service
