What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Executive Marketing Manager and participate in a comprehensive training program, which includes:
- Basic Marketing Strategy: Learn the fundamentals of creating effective campaigns
- Direct Advertising Techniques: Engage customers and achieve impactful results
- Promotional Tactics & Visual Merchandising: Boost brand presence and visibility
- Consumer Market Research: Analyze target audiences and develop tailored strategies
- Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives using innovative techniques
- Address customer needs with professionalism and attention to detail
- Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
- Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to strategize and manage campaigns
- Engage directly with customers to provide personalized solutions
- Generate leads, build client bases, and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Availability for full-time work, including occasional weekends for special events
