Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
- Organize community events and represent the company as its spokesperson
- Build relationships with customers and effectively communicate promotional services
- Develop and execute community-based strategies and marketing campaigns
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, employees, and public interest groups
- Coach client representatives in effective public and employee communication
- Analyze organizational objectives and promotional policies to create impactful public relations strategies
- Maintain the company’s brand identity and reputation
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to evaluate advertising and ensure alignment with public relations goals
- Previous experience in community relations, sales, marketing, or related fields
