Marketing and Communications Assistant - Entry Level

Our fast-growing event marketing company is seeking a dedicated Marketing and Communications Assistant to drive communications initiatives for national corporations and large companies across various industries.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you’ll organize community events, develop innovative campaigns, and maintain the company’s image while influencing public opinion through strategic marketing and public relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
• Organize community events and represent the company as its spokesperson
• Build relationships with customers and effectively communicate promotional services
• Develop and execute community-based strategies and marketing campaigns
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, employees, and public interest groups
• Coach client representatives in effective public and employee communication
• Analyze organizational objectives and promotional policies to create impactful public relations strategies
• Maintain the company’s brand identity and reputation
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to evaluate advertising and ensure alignment with public relations goals
