Summary/Job Purpose:
Provides administrative and technical support that facilitates reinsurance processing for the organization
Essential Functions:
Percentage of Time:
- Review and manage Laserfiche tasks for direct business, and provide research as needed
- Research assumed business premium legacy items and work with Senior Reinsurance Analyst for a resolution
- Responsible for PRS premium entry and reconciliation
- Assists with fac accounts and provides research to identify any discrepancies or differences
- Responsible for compiling and reconciling Tokio Marine, Hyundai and Surplus Treaty bordereaux
- Track Fac Oblig Cession Requests and ensure that accounts are booked accordingly
- Work closely with Senior Reinsurance Analysts to handle any premium discrepancies.
- Manage outstanding underwriting data requests
- Support the Reinsurance Accounting team and works on projects, as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:
Diploma/Degree & Experience:
- Associate’s degree and 2 years with related insurance and reinsurance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in excel is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Good organization skills
