Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP GTS Architect / Advisory Consultant to lead the design and strategic implementation of SAP Global Trade Services solutions. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance on international trade compliance, system architecture, and best practices across global SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead architect and advisor for SAP GTS design, implementation, and strategy
Provide expert guidance on global trade compliance, customs regulations, and risk mitigation
Define GTS solution architecture and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and external systems
Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and propose optimized solutions
Develop and review technical and functional designs for SAP GTS Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management modules
Support roadmap planning and digital transformation initiatives related to trade and customs
Advise on legal regulations and ensure alignment of the SAP GTS system with global trade laws
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, legal, and external regulatory bodies
Provide oversight on GTS implementation projects including governance, best practices, and risk management
Mentor and support internal SAP teams and consultants
Qualifications:
10 years of overall SAP experience with 6 years in SAP GTS
Proven experience designing and implementing SAP GTS solutions at a global scale
Deep knowledge of SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and external customs systems
Strong consulting, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
SAP GTS certification (preferred)
