What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Agile Coach position at MSK Infotek Inc?
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Agile Coaches to support our ongoing agile transformation initiatives across our Product and R&D teams. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in Lean Agile methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and hands-on coaching experience with cross-functional teams, managers, and leaders.
- Conduct training sessions for Product & R&D teams, including Directors, Managers, and Team Members
- Facilitate focused workshops and forums to address specific team or organizational needs
- Actively participate in scrum team events to observe, support, and guide agile practices
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to Scrum Masters and Managers to enhance agile maturity
- Support agile implementation strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor agile approaches based on team and organizational context
- Offer remote support to distributed teams located in the U.S. and Bolivia when required
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach with hands-on facilitation and coaching in an enterprise environment
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.) and Lean principles
- Strong background in coaching at various organizational levels including leadership
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with distributed and cross-cultural teams
- Ability to adapt coaching style based on audience and organizational context
- Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional)
- Prior experience in supporting agile transformations in technology/product-centric organizations
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus for supporting Bolivia teams
