Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized front desk operations, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Utilize computer software such as Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Act as a personal assistant to management when necessary, supporting various administrative functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- be able to speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
