Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a construction environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by assisting with various tasks related to assisting our Builders. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Duties
- Perform labor tasks to assist Builders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize equipment such as impacts, hammers, drills and shovels to move products complete simple construction related tasks.
- Assist in building projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate material levels to Builders as needed.
- Help maintain an organized job site.
Skills
- Experience operating impacts, hammers, drills and shovels is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of general construction or deck building is advantageous.

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift

- Morning shift
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
