What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at MSM Enterprises, LLC?
We are a small (but financially secure), family owned business, with a great (3-4 therapists) team. We're movitated to be efficient, but we don't have the high pressure efficiency "goals" that must be met like some larger Therapy Companies. We're most motivated by providing great care to our patients. We serve a diverse population including kids in schools, all ages in hospital and Home Health settings, and a smaller amount of nursing home patients in a rural/small towns setting within about a 40 mile radius of Neligh, Nebraska. We're currently ideally looking for someone most interested in seeing kids in school settings. Our team would welcome and support you while you become familiar and comfortable with the position. The small town of Neligh (in Northeast Nebraska) is one of several small towns in our service radius. Like many of the others, it offers clean, safe, friendy living with the conviences of local grocery, banking, general goods retail, health care, dental, vision, a very good school system, parks and recreation, etc. While housing is somewhat tight, there are some nice homes currently available for sale, and we do have rental properties to offer as well. We're currently ideally looking for a full time OT, but could accommodate a part time position instead or possibly in addition. We offer a full benefits package, including a very good (currrently BCBS), low deductible health insurance policy which we provide in full, and which you may add family member to at your expense. We also provide a work vehicle. Particularly looking for someone that is interested in taking pride in being part of a very good small team, and helping our business continue to grow, as well as the businesses (hospitals, etc) that we serve.
