Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized front end area. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front end area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing transactions.
• Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the food service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
