MSM is seeking a qualified All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide specialized Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), with mid-level analysis capabilities in support of a DoD Law Enforcement entity. The role focuses on this organization out of the pilot phase of their SCRM program. The contractor will work closely with the customer and key stakeholders within the Intelligence Community (IC) to support third party vendors, conduct intelligence analysis, and identify and counter adversarial threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SCRM analytical support, utilizing specialized tools and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate the production and routing of SCRM assessments among customers and IC stakeholders.
- Leverage customer toolsets and authorities to support counterintelligence (CI) investigations and operations, focusing on the analysis of collected data.
- Conduct focused analysis to evaluate and disseminate relevant threat information, identify investigative leads, and support CI case agents.
- Perform thorough analysis of CI investigations, identifying patterns which expose foreign intelligence entities and adversarial threats.
- Present findings and analytical results to customer organization leadership and other DoD customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Author reports and brief analysis following IC established analytic tradecraft standards, where applicable.
This position will require occasional travel (approx. 5%) and is 100% on-site.
Requirements:- Active Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance or TS with the ability to obtain SCI.
- Specialized experience in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) analysis, particularly in a counterintelligence (CI) context.
- 3-5 years background in CI/LE investigations and operations, particularly in identifying foreign intelligence entities and adversarial threats.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including DoD service branches and IC partners.
- Must be able to work with minimal guidance, demonstrate independence and confidence, and be willing to take the initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to brief complex findings to military, government, and third-party leadership.
- Ability to author reports and brief analysis while adhering to the IC’s analytic tradecraft standards.
- Previous experience supporting DoD Law Enforcement and intelligence agencies.
- Familiarity with threat analysis tools and processes.
