Role and Responsibilities
Novadoz Pharmaceuticals, a rapidly growing & vertically integrated generic pharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced customer service professional. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Associate will provide to daily operations of the Sales Operations, including Pricing and Contracts, Customer Service and Financial Operations. Novadoz, with an office in Piscataway NJ, is the sales & marketing affiliate for MSN Labs’ portfolio of U.S based generic & specialty finished dosage forms. MSN Labs, the parent company of Novadoz, based in Hyderabad, India, is the worldwide leader in the development and production of API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) with manufacturing facilities and offices located throughout sixty-five markets throughout the world.
· The qualified candidate will provide expertise in preparing competitive bids and create timely responses to RFP/RFIs within pricing guidelines/strategies. Working in conjunction with Sales team follow-up after bid submission to insure the customer has received the bid, understands the offer and to determine the company’s competitive position.
- Work with the business and legal teams on contract term initiation and updates. Ensure the processing of all contractual obligations in accordance with agreed upon terms and conditions.
- Monitor pricing based on competition, market share, utilization, costs and putting forward recommendation for price adjustments where warranted.
- Monitor market conditions, focusing on price competitiveness and supply issues.
- Analyze historical sales trends, market share trends, competitive intelligence, and other pertinent information to formulate and analyze pricing strategies to maximize revenue
· Monitor and set WAC/SWP pricing as required, conducting reviews of customer shelf stock inventory and impact assessment, as needed.
· Review direct sales & chargeback data monthly to assess product pull through/deal execution. Perform “clean-up” activities related to active pricing with little or no activity. Overall responsibility for maintaining the integrity of price and rebate data in SAP/Vistex.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Preferably a four-year degree from an accredited college/university or comparable work experience
Preferred Skills
- Experienced with pricing and contract processes and strategies within the pharmaceutical industry required - generic pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking abilities; enterprising and resourceful, self-starter and team player
- Strong communication, organization and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/issues simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment; proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
· Experience with SAP is required
· Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
· Technology friendly
· A self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work independently is highly desirable
