Position Overview
The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and performance metrics. This role requires independent decision-making to optimize campaigns through ad trafficking, campaign setup, and optimization, manage client relationships, and provide data-driven recommendations that impact both client success and company revenue.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary client contact post-sale, ensuring all campaign elements are received, implemented correctly, and executed on schedule.
- Ensure that all campaign components, including ads and emails, are trafficked and executed according to deadlines, adhering to the campaign schedule.
- Use HubSpot and other digital tools to pull data, analyze audience segments, and adjust targeting strategies to align with campaign KPIs.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to forecast available inventory and coordinate ad placement.
- Identify opportunities for campaign enhancements and upsells, educating clients on additional digital advertising options.
- Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with platform specifications and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or advertising operations.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that impact campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager or other ad management platforms, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Photoshop and HTML.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $47,000 - $59,000 (based on experience).
