Mpls.St.Paul Magazine is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Campaign Manager to join our buzzing team. As a crucial member of our digital and integrated ad sales squad, you’ll play a hands-on role in managing innovative campaigns across multiple platforms. The Digital Campaign Manager effectively supports the digital and integrated ad sales teams across multiple titles within MSP Communications. This position is structured to execute campaigns after point of sale, as well as working with clients to traffic their ads, educate and upsell them on our many digital products, and provide support throughout their campaign. To be successful in this position you must be a self- starter who is highly organized with excellent follow-through.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate Success: Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns from point-of-sale to final reporting. Your touch will ensure flawless order processing, ad trafficking, and campaign delivery.
- Be a Client Hero: Act as the primary liaison for our clients. Help traffic materials for e-newsletters, social media ads, sponsored content, and more. Offer advice and build strong, trust-filled partnerships.
- Think Big: Partner with sales teams to educate clients on the full suite of Mpls.St.Paul digital products, identifying upsell opportunities to take campaigns to the next level.
- Deliver Results: Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to sales teams and clients.
- Plan Ahead: Forecast available inventory and work closely with the digital campaigns team to ensure smooth ad trafficking.
- Build Content: Assist the digital team with maintaining content on CMS platforms and crafting marketing e-newsletters.
- Team Up: Provide general support to our dynamic Sales and Marketing teams as needed.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Experience & Drive: 1-3 years in digital marketing, campaign coordination, or account management. A background in media or advertising is a bonus.
- Detail Devotion: You’re known for your organizational prowess and ability to meet deadlines with grace.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Google Analytics, HTML, and CMS platforms is a huge plus. Experience with ad servers like Google Ad Manager (formerly DoubleClick) is the cherry on top.
