Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Summary Description :
The Fuel Shop Office Specialist is responsible for the office functions of the fuel shop. The specialist is responsible for providing support through kit assembly, quality checking, and material handling.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for all kit functions.
Responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling items into a pre-determined kit.
Responsible for ordering parts for kits.
Responsible for working with and establishing a rapport with parts vendors.
Responsible for labeling kits and kit parts with appropriate information.
Responsible for adhering to the correct kitting, and parts / paperwork tracking procedures.
Ensures kitting is accurate and updated in the Sx.enterprise system to include the contents and status of each kit.
Responsible for receiving parts and verifying the accuracy.
Responsible for ordering core and returning core.
Responsible for handling warranties.
Responsible for creating RGA for warranty items.
Responsible for creating OE tickets for PO’s.
Responsible for working with the warehouse team to ship kits.
Assists as needed with customer RO’s.
Assists in other tasks that are needed to ensure quality customer service.
