About the Role
You'll play a key role in escalation support , troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients.

What You'll Do
Handle escalation tickets from the helpdesk team (Tier 2 support)
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues & outages
Manage backup & disaster recovery , restores, and deployments
Oversee security solutions (MFA, A / V, SAT, SIEM)
Support business applications (POS, PMS, financial & accounting software)
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
Conduct advanced firewall troubleshooting (policies, traffic monitoring, configuration)
Microsoft 365 & Entra (Azure) Administration (mail flow, rules, connectors)
Assist with client onboarding & support (remote & on-site)
Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
What You Bring to the Table
5 years of experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
Strong firewall troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in networking LAN / WAN concepts (VLANs, switch configuration)
Server migration experience
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
