We are seeking a talented and experienced Windows Systems Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Azure, Windows, Hyper-V, Networking and Security, and will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy and manage Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and security.
- Develop and implement solutions for hybrid cloud infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications in a virtualized environment.
- Configure and manage Hyper-V environments.
- Work with clients to identify and document their infrastructure requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, system updates, and security patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, network connectivity, and security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer with a strong focus on Azure, Hyper-V, Networking and Security.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and security.
- Experience in designing and building hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in configuring and managing Hyper-V environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Experience in implementing security best practices for Windows and Azure environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
