Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and functions.
- Experience with cost accounting policies and procedures.
- Ability to enhance productivity by automating reporting and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Infor XA, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance teams to provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
- Utilize standard cost systems to analyze production variances and identify areas for improvement.
- Support financial planning for strategic projects aimed at enhancing profitability, including new product development, material costs, manufacturing processes, pricing, and working capital management.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurately tracked and reported.
- Automate business intelligence reporting and data visualization to improve productivity.
- Compare actual product costs against budgets, estimates, or standards, and analyze results.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, inventory reconciliation, and ensuring financial integrity.
- Manage annual physical inventory processes.
- Contribute to bid and proposal efforts for production, ensuring compliance with financial requirements, product costing, and rate development.
- Aid in annual budgeting, including cost of sales, expense planning, capital planning, and location-based rate calculations.
- Support external and government audits as required.
- Handle ad-hoc financial projects and assignments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Work with Product Management to support product costing and pricing analysis.
