As the principal Salesforce Architect, your primary responsibility will be the solution and technical architectural enhancement of our CRM platform. Being an integral member of the Enterprise Systems team, your expertise will drive a unified internal user experience, connecting our CRM with core integrated business systems. This ensures our team offers top-tier services to our customers by harnessing an intuitive and optimized toolset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the technical and solution architectural design, encompassing data requirements, integration tactics, and corporate governance.
- Guide individual solution architects to craft Salesforce solutions that cater to internal business requirements, ensuring an optimized user experience.
- Define the technical strategy for Salesforce implementation and its ongoing maintenance.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for crafting a consistent Salesforce experience amidst intricate initiatives and workflows.
- Engage in meaningful dialogues with internal Salesforce stakeholders, ensuring the platform aligns with their needs.
- Direct and participate in Salesforce sprint planning sessions.
- Supervise Salesforce administrators, aligning administrative practices with industry standards.
- Aid in transitioning from legacy systems to the Salesforce environment, focusing on integrations and data flows.
- Formulate standardized procedures for integrating CRM systems from newly-acquired entities, assimilating best practices.
- Ensure thorough testing for new Salesforce updates or upgrades, which includes system integration, feature evaluation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
