Job Description:
Primary Objective: Review fleet and small business contracts to ensure they are compliant with both company and regulatory requirements.
Establish account records in portfolio systems and remit payments to dealers, dealer leasing companies, and fleet customers.
Additional Skills recommended:
- Auditing capabilities – the ability to verify information is accurate and be able to communicate the reason if incorrect- Analyze requests for exceptions, determine & obtain appropriate authority levels necessary to carry out exception to policy & procedure requirements.

- Detail Oriented –able to follow a process and identify inconsistencies with information that is presented.
- Financial background (auto finance preferred) – a general knowledge of being able to add, subtract, divide, & multiply.

- I can adapt to frequent changes, including overtime with limited notice
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with region and dealership personnel
Additional Skills: Proficient in 10 Key Data Entry
H.S. diploma or GED required with 1-2 years of experience in a related capacity

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
