What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Program Administrator position at MSR Technology Group DBA Infomatics?
Job Description:
Daily administration of the MBUSA Employee Lease Program, which includes the implementation of program guidelines, processes and procedures.
The primary objectives are to create lease documents with a high degree of accuracy and provide resolution through timely responses to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, workbasket and direct mail.
- Validate order requests and related account information
- Prepare documents with accuracy
- Review program-related inquiries
- Resolve employee concerns/issues
- Provide Client affiliate coordinator support
- Assist Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicles as required
- Support Pre-Term Remarketing process for employee lease accounts
- Act as liaison between the employee/customer, the dealership and internal departments within MBFS/MBUSA
- Document Employee/Customer accounts/orders for action resulting from contact
- Phone Experience
- Outlook Experience
Education: High School Diploma
Skills:
- 1 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Attention to detail
- Data entry skills
