- Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)

- Additional related certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
- Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.
- Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
- Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
- Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMCs, Including node maps, quality data, and program back-ups.
