Objectives of this role:
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Work with sales and other internal teams to ensure KPIs are being met.
- Actively seek out and develop new client relationships to expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Professional experience in a technology sales (IT Staffing, Services, Project Delivery) role.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in the Staffing and IT Services sector, with expertise in IT Staffing, Managed Services, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- More than 5 years of experience in supporting Technical Staffing opportunities, demonstrating technological proficiency.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, particularly in nurturing existing client relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years in business development, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio.
- 5 years of experience in account management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
- 3 years of participation in local customer and networking events.
- Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in selling across various industries.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
