Job Description :
This role involves reimaging 1,200 laptops for multiple locations, with the goal of ensuring smooth transitions for users and reliable, ready-to-go devices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reimage approximately 5-10 laptops per day, following a structured reimaging process.
- Coordinate closely with end-users for deployment and pick-up of devices.
- Travel to secondary locations within a 10-mile radius to assist with reimaging and equipment delivery.
- Provide consistent, high-quality support throughout the project duration, adhering to attendance and project timelines.
Qualifications :
- Background in computing support, helpdesk, or network engineering.
- Prior experience in reimaging or IT support roles is highly preferred.
- College degree, technical certifications, or equivalent training in computing may substitute for direct experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to the reimaging process.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to the full duration of the project are essential.
