IT Client Relationship Manager

Objectives of this role :

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Actively seek out and develop new client relationships to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Required skills and qualifications :

  • Professional experience in a technology sales role.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Over 5 years of experience in the Staffing and IT Services sector, with expertise in IT Staffing, Managed Services, and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • More than 5 years of experience in supporting Technical Staffing opportunities, demonstrating technological proficiency.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, particularly in nurturing existing client relationships.
  • A minimum of 5 years in business development, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio.
  • 5 years of experience in account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • 3 years of participation in local customer and networking events.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in selling across various industries.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Compensation : This position offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
