What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle ERP Functional Test Lead position at MSR Technology Group?
Skill Set :
AP, AR, CM, RMCS (Revenue Mgmt), Adv Collections, P2P, O2C, Billing Management Tools
- Should have 12 years of Functional Consultant experience in Oracle ERP (Fin - AP, AR, GL, CM, Billing Management Tools etc.,) and 3 years relevant to Oracle Cloud Financial Modules2.
- Strong Hands on with configurations and business processes of Finance application in oracle ERP. 3. Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and their integration with third-party applications.
- Good working experience on processes like, P2P and O2C cycles, knowledge on accounting, balances, reconciliations and reporting
- Should have knowledge on RMCS Module and its business processes of revenue recognition rules, performance obligations, contract lifecycle management, and other RMCS features.
- Process knowledge on the modules like OM, Inv is recommended
- Should be familiar with Oracle PaaS based portals(Ice Cream Portal, AR Portal etc).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud upgrades or migrations is a plus
- Good Communication Skills and should have strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Should be familiar with Oracle Documentations, able to design/understand functional specifications and business requirements for Oracle Finance Cloud applications.
- Experience in Test Design, Testing Scope identification across integrated applications with finance systems (Bank, Vendors, TAX Engines & SaaS applications)
- Experience with different test management tools like, ALM, Jira, DevOps etc.,
- Should have the experience in Working closely with functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and end-users to understand business processes and requirements
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is an advantage
